Terms of Service

ServiceVault Pro LLC — Effective April 4, 2026

We wrote this to be readable. Please take a few minutes to review it — especially the sections on refunds and cancellation.

About ServiceVault Pro

ServiceVault Pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product developed and operated by ServiceVault Pro LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ServiceVault Pro platform, including all features, modules, and services made available through servicevaultpro.com.

By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Free Trial

All new accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform features included in your selected plan.

Your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. At the end of the 14-day trial, you will be prompted to choose a plan and provide payment information to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Subscriptions & Billing

ServiceVault Pro offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Annual plans are billed in full once per year at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize ServiceVault Pro LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and accurate.

We may update our pricing from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes before they take effect on your subscription. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to the platform through that date.

For annual plans: if you cancel before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the following year. Your access continues through the end of the paid annual period. We strongly recommend cancelling at least a few days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year.

Cancellation removes your account from future billing. It does not delete your data immediately — your data is retained for 30 days following the end of your access period, after which it is permanently deleted.

Refund Policy

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a billing period has been paid, no refunds or credits will be issued for that period, including partial-month or partial-year refunds.

This applies to monthly and annual plans alike. Annual plans are billed once per year and are non-refundable after payment is processed. Cancel before your annual renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year.

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required so you have ample time to evaluate ServiceVault Pro before committing to any paid plan. If you have questions about whether the platform is right for your business, we encourage you to use the full trial period and reach out to our support team before subscribing.

User Responsibilities & Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter into ServiceVault Pro. ServiceVault Pro LLC provides the platform as a tool to organize and manage your business operations — we are not liable for any errors in your data, or for business decisions made based on information stored or generated within the platform.

You agree not to use ServiceVault Pro for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts, or to upload content that is harmful, deceptive, or violates applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Data & Privacy

ServiceVault Pro LLC does not sell your data to third parties. Period.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use your data only to provide and improve the ServiceVault Pro platform and related services.

You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting support. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format within a reasonable timeframe. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Account Termination

ServiceVault Pro LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the integrity of our systems.

In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining paid period. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of termination except where doing so would be impractical or harmful.

You may also terminate your account at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Service Availability

ServiceVault Pro LLC aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. We perform routine maintenance and updates that may result in brief periods of unavailability, which we will attempt to schedule during low-traffic hours.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. ServiceVault Pro LLC is not liable for damages or losses resulting from downtime, service interruptions, or data unavailability beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceVault Pro LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ServiceVault Pro LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability — in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at servicevaultpro.com/terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
